In one of the most complicated sports there is, Emily continues to build her all-around fitness capabilities, sharing workout content and various track and field activities with her fans. She stays active in a variety of ways, engaging in sports, snowboarding, wakeboarding, lifting weights, and more. She also has a deep love for fashion and music, enjoying every minute she can with her friends and family.
